Wholeness is a process of reclaiming lost or denied parts of your true self so you can come home within your body in an authentic and feminine way.
To genuinely reclaim a lived state of wholeness we need to dig deeper and intentionally seek out stuck personal wounding. This can be done very effectively through specific transformational techniques.
In this Module I will introduce the importance of being courageous and risking a deep dive into your own ocean to unroot, at its source, frozen material you carry.
The three most powerful techniques I recommend are Wilderness Vision Quest, Holotropic Breath Sessions and dance. To explore these avenues I have invited a few inspirational women into our sanctuary so they can share about the power of these techniques.
